So far so good. Management has been wonderful to work with. First trip to the facility was great. Easy, secure access. Very clean. Very glad we were able to get a unit here.

Hands down, the kindest and most courteous group of people I’ve come across in a long time. The property is unbelievable and well worth every dime. It’s heavily secure and there are no issues getting trailers or large vehicles backed up and unloaded. Get on the wait list if needed but this facility is where you want to keep your stuff.

Wonderful wonderful wonderful service! Cheri Jackson the store manager was absolutely THE BEST! She was always on top of her game. As an example, if I had forgotten to pay my monthly fee and was late one day, she would always call me and ask if I was okay and if there was anything she could do to help me! Wow...that’s customer service! She became a dear friend and I was just one of probably hundreds of renters. THE MOST AWESOME MANAGER I HAVE EVER BEEN ASSOCIATED WITH! .

Extra Space Storage is one of the nicest storage facilities I have used. Cheri was quick to find us a storage unit and when we needed to add an additional unit on our move day she was able to accommodate us. I highly recommend. Cheri is wonderful!

I forgot to close my storage door and left the premises. I received a call from Cheri alerting me of my "senior moment". She locked my unit for me and held my key at the front desk until I could get it. Thankfully she watches her security cameras and saw my unit door open. Thanks Cheri!!!

I’ve had nothing but positives experiences while at Extra Space Storage. It’s a huge comfort to know that my belongings are safe, even through our hurricanes, and are in an environment where they won’t mildew but are preserved as well as I would if they were at home. Being greeted by name is pretty awesome, too, and never gets old. Cheri and her coworker are wonderful assets to the Daphne location. I can only hope that the other facilities have personnel that are as warm and professional as the two of them have been.

I worked with Cheri (property manager) on getting a unit locked down for a big office move from the FL area... she was amazing in getting everything squared away and working with our timeline and Accounting department on payment. Unfortunately the move isn't happening on our end... but if it was, i would totally use this Facility, great communication and friendliness!

Bob was very helpful in setting up my rental. This is the nicest storage space on the eastern shore, interior, climate controlled, and very clean. I also liked that reasonably priced insurance was easily available. Overall a very good experience.

We had an excellent experience at Extra Space Daphne. We needed a smaller unit to house some bulky items while we were getting ready to sell and move. Communication was excellent. Easy to get the unit and to close out when we left. You can set up autopay which is quite convenient. It felt secure. If we ever need more space in Daphne we will definitely come back to Extra Space. I highly recommend. ????
