My experience using Extra Space Storage, Martin Road Location, Huntsville, Al has been very positive. I have peace of mind that property is safe and secure at this property. The staff at this local is outstanding!!!! Very friendly and helpful!! There needs to be more gravel added where the RVs park. That area becomes a muddy mess when it rains.

Highly recommend. Not only were they able to accommodate me with a rapid rental (only 2 days advance notice), but Michelle also called me to make sure I was aware of all the pertinent access info that was stated in their email. Nice facilities. Update Dec 21, 2020: Am pleased that staff has continued to work with me regarding special needs. They take action on any request immediately. Units are clean, and facility is secure and well lit. Units of various sizes are reasonably priced. Staff is exceptionally nice. Special thanks to Michelle. Still highly recommend!
