Great group of employees! Extremely helpful in getting me a unit with the space I needed and in a very timely manner. The employee that went out of her way to make sure everything was done efficiently and correctly was Shawna, I believe. (I hope that is correct). Definitely a 5 out 5!

We were in need of space quickly due to weather and we found Extra Space online. The deal was spelled out but as we were in the application process, something happened and we could not get the desired space. I called the main number and they put me in direct contact with the Slaughter Road location and she took care of everything. Even assured me that ‘all my stuff’ would fit. We even got a free lock. Couldn’t for it to be easier. Thanks.

Efficient, clean, and very user friendly. We’ve used them for about a year now and it’s always been pleasant. Shawna is a great person to work with! We just moved and Shawna was excellent through the close out process as well. Simple, clean and functional!

Lester was incredibly informative, helpful and welcoming. Maintained social distancing protocol and changed mask once entering the facility. Clean and sanitary, quick and painless signup. Units themselves are incredibly clean and have a thorough checklist utilized before rental.

From the first contact by phone to visiting the location, it was a very positive experience. Store Manager, Shawna Swinford, was very helpful, friendly and professional. Unit is clean and easily accessible. Would recommend Extra Storage Space to anyone needing the service
