We rented here before coming to town and are really happy with the unit. It’s clean, in good condition, and a great location. Callie was super friendly and welcoming. We recommend this location if you need storage in Madison.

I'm very happy with my experience here! The process of renting was very streamlined. We were headed that way with a Uhaul before I started the rental process (not very smart to wait until the last minute but couldn't be helped). I filled out the information online and when I got there 15min later I was greeted by a very kind and friendly person. He had our key ready (even cut open the plastic pack for us, we all know how annoying those are) and a handy wallet card with all needed information. The unit was clean, ready and easily accessed. Best of all, the price was half of every option we had in Decatur. Great job! ??

They made the process of getting a storage unit very easy. The initial rate was very competitive and reasonable. The unit itself was in great condition and very easy to access. When we were done with the unit, they closed everything out same day. If we need storage again, we'll be back here for sure!
