When I got to the facility today, the store manager Leslie, was assisting an elderly customer. I decided that no matter the cost I would rent a unit with her today and look no further. The amount of patience and understanding she had with this elderly woman is something that is missing with customer service these days. Kudos to you Leslie it was a pleasure meeting you today. Also, the facility was very clean and spacious. She made sure to get me to a unit that I could drive right up to and not have to walk far!

The onsite lady (local) was very helpful. My App hadn’t been working for me to pay my storage online, and she also got the late fee dismissed, that occurred due to my issue.

Clean facilities, great customer service and so many units. This is hands down the best storage facility I have ever used. The units, walk ways and bathroom are so clean. You feel like your stuff is safe because you look around and there is a security camera. Plus it’s massive. I’ve got lost looking for our unit on the move in date. Belinda was amazing at the Bel Air Blvd location. She was so friendly and was quick to find us and show us directly to our unit. I’m not joking the place is that big. It’s been a wonderful experience so far!
