It has been a long time since I’ve had to secure storage for my things. I was so surprised when searching for a large climate controlled unit it brought me several times to Extra Space Storage. TommieRose went above and beyond to assist me with getting a storage unit over the phone. She answered all of my questions and provided me with all the information I needed. Her customer service was exceptional and she was very pleasant to work with. Please give her a raise because she deserves it. I also spoke with Ryan to inquire about the dimensions of the elevator to make sure a piece of furniture I have would fit and he was just as helpful. I still haven’t been to the facility yet so I can’t speak to that just yet but will update when I do.

I reserved a storage unit and told them I’d be there the next day to pay for it. They ended up giving it away, and would not honor the original price. I was in a bind because I had already rented a truck to move all my items. They ended up working with me and and giving me a good deal on a bigger unit, but it was a little more than I had intended on spending. A couple months later I received a notice that the monthly price was going up significantly. I called, and they said it will continue to go up based on “market value.” It just went up again, but I don’t have the means to move all my items again. The location is clean, the hours are great, but expect your monthly rate to increase SIGNIFICANTLY. I am now at almost $300 a month. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

They significantly raise the price on everybody shortly after I sign the contract. I would not have dropped the Stars from 5 if they warned me it was going to be increased or gave me a year before they change the price. Other than that, very friendly, super clean.

I found my experience a very good one with Extra Space Storage. I stored with them since 2017 and never had issues with the space, facility or billing. Temperature controlled facility was clean and free of any of those pesky bugs which just love to invade storage facilities. Staff was always very personable and gave top priority to their customers. Thanks for my worry free storage years.
