Mitch was super great! Met me downstairs to show me to my unit. Without me even asking, he moved me to a closer unit, right off the elevator. Explained everything thing in clear concise words. Great customer service! Highly recommend!!!

Loved the location, the people, etc but you've raised my rate so high you were no longer competitive ... not by a little but by a LOT!!! And to do this to someone who has been there as long as I have, well that's not caring about your customer. Sorry time to move on to a place virtually 1/3rd the price.
