First of all, I am very picky about who I do business with. But the Extra Space Storage people met and exceeded my expectations. Last winter, I was an Arizona "snowbird". I was working on a large document project and needed a secure place to store the documents until I complete the work on them. I visited the store frequently to retrieve batches of documents. The facility was always well lit. It was always clean, no matter the time of day that I visited. The documents were maintained in a very secure location. Further, the people who worked there were always friendly and professional. They clearly explained the facility rules. They were fair and reasonable with their pricing. Their billing system is automated and easy to understand. Their check out process was quick and fair. . This coming winter, I am returned to store a camper there for the part of the winter that I am not using it. At the end of the day, this is a storage facility. But what makes it great in my mind are the people who work there, and the systems in place to easily address customer needs. My time with them has been excellent and based upon that, I recommend them to you.
