Mesa Self Storage at 3825 S Power Rd

My stepson Jobin needed to find out how much it costs to rent a unit, what size he’ll need for all his stuff & the rental terms. He spoke with Mina the other day and she was very nice and polite while listening to him explain his needs and she offered several options. Mina has been so helpful since we started renting our storage unit. The first unit we had was knit big enough for our belongings. Mina transferred us to a bigger unit with breeze. She has been amazing through our process and always offers her assistance . No hassle at all. The facility is always nicely maintained and very secure. I would recommend this location.

Most importantly (for me that is), Damien definitely made a great impression as far as customer service goes. Honestly I think it’s the first time I have communicated with a staff member not behind the office desk. He not only checked on us twice while we were attempting to consolidate all of the items contained in three storage units into two but offered us water with a smile and well wishes for a positive day. As far as the facility, I must say that it is probably the cleanest I have ever been in and that includes the surrounding area and parking lot. I literally have not seen one piece of garbage on the ground anywhere which only tells me that the workers here care about not only their job but how customers as well as people passing by view this place. Lastly the prices here have been quite reasonable although they may fluctuate based on the amount of available units but having had these units for quite some time I must say that the company (the associates) have been quite accommodating given my circumstances and I very much appreciate them. P.S. I love the location too. Not too busy but near everything I could possibly need in any situation?

Nina was great! She provided great knowledge about the storage facility and assisted me in getting all the paperwork completed. When I arrived to start moving things into my unit, she took the time to show me how to use all the facilities features. Thank you Nina, you are an asset to your company.
