I had rented a unit on the third floor thinking it was a ground floor unit. The staff was very professional and accommodating and got me into a ground floor unit.

The experience of getting a storage locker the size we wanted was stressless and very easy to follow. When we got to the unit everything was waiting there, Lock and keys, and a friendly note welcoming us. The staff on site are very friendly and helpful. I had troubles getting logged into the app for mobile access and they helped me get it figured out and working. I would recommend this company and location to anyone looking for a climate controlled unit.
