I can't say enough great things about my experience at this storage location! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and genuine welcome by the Store Manager, Katherine Harmon. I was in town helping my daughter, who couldn’t be there in person, and was worried everything wouldn’t fit in her current unit. Katherine immediately put me at ease. She was not only incredibly friendly and personable but also super efficient and knowledgeable. She walked me through several unit options, gave great recommendations, and even took the time to give me a tour so I could make the best decision. Her customer service was absolutely top notch! Katherine went above and beyond by calling my daughter to get everything approved so we could move forward quickly. I was in and out in no time, completely taken care of. The entire process was smooth, professional, and honestly a pleasure. Highly recommend this location—and if you’re lucky enough to work with Katherine, you’re in great hands!

Very clean new facility in north Phoenix. Just down the road from AZ 101 and Cave creek interchange. The team on site are super friendly and accommodating. The storge site is located in a low traffic area with easy access from all directions.
