I opted to take the lower rate and to not take the free month now 90 days later and they raised the rate almost 40% when I ask why I was told that’s how they operate…. Renter beware.

First day here . 4?? <1 ?? To present day. (First and foremost- i do apologize for having my realationship "out there" and not behind doors but nobodys relationship is perfect) Yet, How is it that me and mine are being Aggressively Told to "Leave (EVERYDAY) and our payment isn't being accepted next month" WHEN there is about several (maybe a dozen) of people who "LIVE at this particular location" ?? first of all they dont get told OR remined to leave. Yet im being overly reminded to "Let's Go" by THAT everyday. ALL IM JUST SAYING IS- it ain't fair to be told to leave when they're are other people disregarding the rules. I do love this Storage facility regardless of the interaction I been having. Its great with my financial issues as well. Thanks for having me rent while it was short. (Might change my opinion if they change theirs)

First day in New storage- it was at first a 9/10 the worker seemed a bit too on edge. And very sharp as if he didn't want to answer any of my questions. It then went down to a 7/10 because he seen that they're was canned food and a hydro flask. And told us that "they're is no food allowed. " (I was taking the food out due to requirement. ) Next day<today> he drove to my area walked in arubruptly and said angrily "why is there food? And you have one hour. !" I only had gotten to the storage barley that hour ago. Overall I do still like the idea of having a storage it is helping me/us greatly. But I can do this with out his attitude. I know its hard having to watch over other people's belongings thru a TV screen. ..

It's great that it's easy to have storage capabilities nationwide. Also, I like how Extra Space will start the billing cycle on the date moved in. It's also a reasonable rate which makes me feel good too.
