I needed to rent a storage unit and after shopping around other places I settled on Extra Space Storage. I did everything online via my phone. Everything but move the actual stuff into storage. I was able to see the available units and there location on the property. I was able to select the numbered unit I wanted and set up monthly billing. The only thing I had to do was show up at the office to get my access code. I went to my unit, it had been cleaned and a new lock was waiting for me inside. This process was too easy.

I was very happy with the employees, they were really friendly and helpful. The grounds are kept up very well, and it was an amazing transition when I went in and then when I left. I’ll be passing the use of life storage on the friends and family.

The staff is very nice and helpful. I am doing a 4 star for the staff and on site customer service. The companies practice is what is upsetting. So this is my review. No stars for the company.The company will raise your rent monthly until you cannot afford it. So don't settle in or stay long.Kerep your belongings ready to move as you wont be able to kerp up and if your a day late on rent it is a $60 late fee.This is horrible to do to people. Just charging whatever they want because people can't move and font really want to. We are happy to pay a fair rent. To continue yo raise it until you have to move is a disgusting business habit. I don't want a response please from the property, it doesn't help at all.
