The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They helped us get what we needed and explained things well. My only complaint is that some fees like Administrative fees and lack fees were not explained in our initial conversation so I wasn't able to plan for those extra costs. I like full transparency tell me about all fees upfront. However once I knew about the fees they fully explained them and helped me work out a workable solution to cover them. Great staff and easy process to securing storage. Overall had a great experience. I do recommend extra storage to others.

I forgot the elderly gentleman's name at the location on Gary Road in San Tan Valley, but He was excellent in every way. Also the facility is impeccable and you certainly feel safe and secure there.

Ron was amazing!! Facility VERY clean and secure … great promotional special/pricing!! Really enjoyed my experience for the 2 months I used it … just an FYI though … month 4+ price was going to double so glad I didn’t need it more than 2 months!!

I love this storage facility. We moved from another big name storage facility we had been with for years and their prices were so high and customer service was non existent. This new to us storage has been such a change, we have double the space for half of what we paid before and Ron? I believe up front is so warm and welcoming. We are very happy with our move to Extra Space
