Outstanding Storage Facility – Extremely Clean, Well-Managed and Secure! I’ve had a unit at Extra Space Storage at 15023 Pima Road since it was Life Storage transitioning over, and I couldn’t be more impressed. It’s by far the nicest, cleanest, and most well-maintained storage facility I’ve ever used (and seen). Among the standout features is the huge double garage where you can pull in to unload and load, which is a game-changer in Scottsdale’s heat or during other inclement weather. Beyond the convenience, the facility is well-lit and secure, giving me complete peace of mind whenever I visit. The transition from Life Storage to Extra Space Storage was seamless, and the level of service has been exceptional (and has been since day one). The staff is always friendly and professional, and Jordan, the manager, is exceptional—very helpful and went the extra mile to assist.There's also plenty of carts available, making unloading and loading hassle-free. The prices are extremely competitive and well-priced, offering great value for such a high-quality facility. I highly recommend this location!

I’ve rented at many storage units at Extra Space storages throughout the valley and I have never had customer service as great as with Storm. She was so helpful in helping me meet my needs when finding a unit and helped me solve an issue that occurred with my online registration. This location was meant to serve as a quick fix but I will definitely continue renting here after how helpful storm has been.

Storm was very helpful at the Pima location. I had an issue where my unit price more than doubled and she was very nice and understanding with my frustration.
