So far so good. Young lady in office made the transaction stress free and simple. She even credited back some of my initial payment cuz i didnt actually move in till a week later. Thenprice of their locks is kinda pricey for what it is thats why i originally declined but upon my actual move in there was a lick already in my unit waiting for me free of charge which was very nice. Only thing i see that could use improvement is ease of access. Only have to enter the code once to get in the door, which i feel the code should be used to enter the elevator and go up for a nother layer of security

I needed some storage space pretty quick and they sure came through. The whole process online and over the phone was so easy and everyone was super friendly. They made sure we even got to take advantage of the new move in specials.
