After searching and searching for a storage unit due to high demand for units I found this place got the first month free and they're extremely extremely friendly I felt very comfortable the minute I got here. They were already outside waiting for me to go to my storage unit to make sure everything was okay and when I change my mind on the size and ask for bigger one it was no problem and they help me right away got me into a bigger one with no issues it was awesome I definitely highly recommend this place

I have kept my storage at this location for years now. Mainly due to the fact that I love the staff here. Always quick to take care of any of my needs and always happy to do so. They take great concern and care for any problems, no matter how big or small, and to answer any questions I may have. Best of all, with any face-to-face situations, I love to see their truly genuine smiles! Kudos!

Clean facility. However a 10x10 unit is $185ish until we received a letter of increase to $220. We will be switching soon since ACE is only about $80 for the same size unit. The price itself is insanely high but to then increase to stay “competitive” is comical and outright wrong. Anyone considering a unit please call around first.

Staff was courteous and very helpful since the beginning, storage space is clean and accommodating. I love the security that it comes with passcode required for both entry and exist. I am confident that I put my belongings in a great place.

Great storage place! Every employee was very courteous including the manager Taylor! I was behind on payments and they worked with me and helped me catch up. Not many businesses operate like this anymore so I would highly recommend extra space storage on east 22nd. Thanks to all the employees!
