I stored items for 6 months and the unit was full of mice droppings, bags were chewed through. The person at the front desk minimized the sanitary issue of the infestation and did not say that they are trying to remedy the problem at the facility. Basically told me to file an insurance claim and that's all they could do. They do not properly clean units or make sure that stuff is protected from being damaged!

The setup and unit we got (January 2025) were good, a 5x5 for about $60 a month. However literally the next month the price has nearly doubled to $112 a month with no advance warning. Heed the other reviews that say the same thing. We are planning our move out ASAP- there's plenty of other options on the island. Update: I received a call notifying me of a global billing issue that allegedly mistakenly charged inflated rents across the organization. I was told this charge will be reversed and my original rate will be honoured. I was also told I could guarantee the rate for up to a year by prepaying. I will update this review again if/when the situation is sorted. Update 2: As of the next day, the situation has been resolved satisfactorily as discussed. I would recommend anyone wishing to rent a space here for the long term to discuss prepayment options upon receiving their unit. Update 3: As of a year later, I can see upon my upcoming renewal the price has returned to $114/month. Suppose I'll have to call to sort this out again...
