I met with Danny today at the Anaheim location and asked for a tour of the facility, unsure of what size unit would best suit my needs. He kindly showed me a few units and explained the easiest option to enter the facility. I was pleased with the cleanliness and ease of access and use of carts available for our use. We went back to the office to ask about pricing and he was very clear and explained all my options. I am happy to say I signed up immediately. He was very polite and very professional. He made this process very simple and easy! Thank you

This is a very well maintained facility. I don't recommend you use this facility or company. The monthly charge for storing my items has doubled in less than 10 months. While they advertise what would be considered competitive prices those prices start jumping as soon as they feel they can increase them, no introductory deal, not a first month for a buck deal.... I'm taking about a 5x8 storage space not temp regulated going from 135 to 235 monthly plus insurance in 6 months and when I moved out to a larger unit (5x13) I was given a 104/month price insurance included in writing for a year in contract with a 10 year max price of 208 per month.... don't use this company and don't store your stuff here unless you prefer giving away money
