Pretty good value relative to other storage spaces in the area. Nice customer service - spoke with Eric on the phone and he was very helpful. Moving my things into storage was pretty seamless. Hope the checkout process when I'm finished using the storage goes as well as this.

I’m very satisfied with the ease of access and the level of customer support. The staff (Eric in particular) went out of their way to make sure my belongings were secure; the one instance where I failed to secure my door bolt properly, I got a call from Extra Space staff that I needed to swing by and relock my door.

Understaffed but Rico made sure that I was taken care of to the best of his ability. Smooth and easy to use with his help and had no issues getting into the facility or my unit. Wish they had more staff but at least they have great employees like Rico.

posting for a friend, Curt G These folks have been great to me. I needed a certain kind of space on short notice and some flexibility. I was helped by Eric C. who listened and got me just what I needed in my situation. All of the staff there have been very kind and helpful. The site seems to be kept very clean and secure. There is access to your space after hours. It is convenient to Hwy 80. I have felt very good about my experience with these folks at this business. If you are in Berkeley or nearby and need a storage solution I recommend this storage business. Curt G.
