Jordan and Ashley have the best and most wonderful customer service! My wife and I have used this storage facility for close to 2 years now and we never had any problems with accessing our storage, having questions answered, or getting help when it comes to connecting us with junk removal companies! I reserved a 16' box truck online, then Sat 7am, I arrived at Enterprise Truck Rental on Auburn Blvd. I was greeted by a lovely young woman, Briana. She simply lit up the room with her smile, her energy & her enthusiasm to ensure that I was thoroughly taken care of. I was treated better than any other rental agency, and the reason lay square in Brina's feet of Briana's court! Excellent in following instructions, has poise and common sense. And a great smile! Briana recognized my rental was considered Commercial therefore a credit card, not an ATM Visa could be used. I must have looked upset when she chimed in with good news. I could rent a regular all enclosed moving van similar in sq footage, and best of all, it was less money, super comfortable and I would be the first person to drive it, brand new! After we got the contract handled, I asked if she had any moving blankets I could rent, and a step stool so I could get into and out of the van. I'm crippled and can barely move. She quickly returned with a brand new lightweight 3xstep stool, a couple moving blankets, protecting my furniture and the floor of the van. Then she presented me with a roll of wide tape, a heavy duty box cutter! All done on an honor system, and you bet I brought everything back. Even called to confirm it. Briana was, simply put, ideal at customer service, and I'm willing to bet that she'd make a pretty fine Director of Sales or be a producer of advertising, focussing in on the dawn of a new era of car and truck rentals. Enterprise used to be considered cheap, and you got exactly what you paid for: a tiny car that usually worked . With this new direction Enterprise Truck Rentals has taken, investing in a fleet of brand new vehicles and hiring a star like Briana, you can count on me being a lifetime dedicated customer! ****Go Briana!**** **Keep up the great job, Enterprise!** 5***** RATING!
