They followed up to make sure I put my lock on my unit because I didnt do it right away and they made sure to remind me, the front desk was wuick to resolve my issue with punching in my code and physically made sure i was inputting the code correctly, i got lost trying to find my unit (it was the first time there for me and i didnt have a map handy), Edward was nearby - thank you Edward for walking me to the unit vs just pointing me to the door/in the direction of somewhere over there, and instructing me on how the the door/lock works. I’m glad i am storing my stuff here for awhile, i know I can trust them to keep me informed while I am away and everyone i have met so far that works there are the type of people that treat their clients as if they would want to be treated if it were the other way around - as it should :)

I highly recommend the Extra Space Costa Mesa location on Bear St. Julianne, who currently manages this location, is an absolute pleasure to work with, and I always enjoy seeing her and saying hi when I come to the site. She has graciously handled some of my special requests and always goes the extra mile. I also appreciate that even with many other tenants at this location, they keep the buildings, aisles and restrooms spotless!
