Richelle Harding was amazing when I came in to start my sign up for my storage unit! Gave me a tour to my locker, how to access the elevator and everything in between! Will definitely recommend this location due to just the service I was given by Richelle!

Love this place they help me save my belongings.. I was in the hospital for few weeks and when I got out I was behind on my bill so I call them and a lady name Sarah was very kind and patient with me and my situation. She handled me with empty & love for human kind??????

Great customer service. I tried a few places before coming here where I was greeted by pat who took the time to go through all the available options and showed me the storage before I paid. Pricing was not bad for the storage unit and customer service here really goes above and beyond.

This storage unit is so clean. I needed a storage place for a couple of years. All my belongings are there. They have a combination gate out front and a combination door to get access to your rental unit. You have to buy your own lock which is a very secure device. Adding your storage unit to your rental insurance is a great way to go to save money. They do provide their own insurance. Property is under camera surveillance and a live on.

The manager was friendly and helpful. I started the process online but completed it in person. I had questions before I completed my reservation which were answered over the phone.

I currently have three storages all through different storage companies. All storage in Encinitas, A1 In La Mesa, and extra space here in El Cajon. Because I have two other experiences with storage needs it’s a big difference in storage experience with extra space!! Very friendly and helpful staff. The unit is accessible, large hallways! And parking is great. Of the 3 storages I just preferred coming to this one. The one in Encinitas is by far my least favorite because I am doing business type work with how I use my storage, All storage in Encinitas made me feel anxious while I was there , I felt in the way and uncomfortably watched. However it is a mom and pop ran spot so they are always on top of stuff. But it’s actually become a negative experience over there, vs here. And not just a better facility better designed floorplans and storage options extra space is fun to come to and I do not feel Anxiety or stress when I’m there. That has a lot to do with amazing staffing who literally hear your needs place you in the area that your best suited for, this has allowed a good flow of either personal items being stored or work type items and access.
