I had reserved a space online and Pratik was really helpful in showing me multiple storage spaces, and solved questions regarding movers, furniture size, etc. He was open and suggested me on options to pay rent upfront for longer duration to hold on to the move-in prices. He answered my concerns regarding safety, cleanliness with honesty.

Great Service, Lauren was very helpful & straight forward answered all my question helped me picked out best unit for my needs even though her location didn’t have a drive up 10x10 available she manage to still help me book at another location, great customer service I would highly recommend this place .

I had a very positive experience with this facility. Never had issues with the payments. I most definitely felt that my belongings were safe. There is always fantastic communication with Lauren the site manager. I highly recommend this storage facility and will be back when needed.
