Shay was amazing with my check out! She greeted me with a smile and was very pleasant! All I needed to do was unlock my storage unit and upon my return she had my receipt in hand! All the staff are lovely, very helpful and friendly. Terry walked us through the facility and answered all of my questions. Deswan in the office was also very friendly. On move in day Shay gave us a very warm welcome!! The units inside and the hallways are spotlessly clean, we have a 10 x 15 and are very happy with the height of the ceiling. It’s about 12 foot so gives so much space. Overall so far so good!

Great location close to the airport, clean, friendly, and convenient. Easy to access and there are actual people in the office unlike the other places that just do everything online. Being able to walk in and rent a unit after seeing it makes a huge difference. Couldn't ask for a better experience, thanks guys!!!
