He provided clear, step-by-step instructions on gate operation, storage location, & what to overall expect. Marcos's guidance significantly reduced my stress during the already challenging finals/move-out period. Overall, it was a really positive experience.

I’ve been renting at this facility for quite some time, and I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Marcos, the site manager. He has consistently gone above and beyond in assisting me with any concerns, and he takes great care in maintaining the facility. Whether I need help with an issue on-site or assistance with any specific requests, Marcos has always responded quickly and with a can-do attitude. His professionalism and attentiveness make him a standout, and he is a key reason I continue to rent here. However, my experience has been somewhat affected by the recent ownership change to Extra Space Storage. Since the acquisition, I’ve noticed frequent rate hikes, with prices increasing by 30% or more every couple of months. While I understand that market conditions are fluid, the constant adjustments have raised concerns. The language used in the rate increase notices, which cites "market conditions or other considerations," doesn’t seem to reflect the frequency or magnitude of these changes, especially given the rising cost of living. I’ve brought these concerns to Marcos, and I’m grateful for his efforts in helping me negotiate more reasonable pricing with Extra Space’s upper management. It’s unfortunate that renters need to go through this process. I believe Extra Space could better serve long-term tenants by offering the option to lock in longer-term leases based on payment history and market trends, without the constant price fluctuations. Overall, while the management and customer service at this location, especially Marcos, remain top-notch, I hope Extra Space will reconsider its pricing strategy and offer more stability to its renters.

It was a great experience getting this all set up online! Marcos also made the process smooth and sent me a map and directions so I’ll know where to go whenever I go to my unit. Super happy to be renting here!
