Damian explained things good. Quick process. We'll see how the place holds up. I had to come back and mention one thing that I did not like. The administration fee is just as much as a deposit by a different name. Really it's worse because you don't get that back. That should be mentioned on the website as well as insurance fee. Okay that's it

All staff very helpful. The gentleman that helped me today was very professional and helpful. Units are clean and all staff always ready to help out with any questions. Thanks for all your help from the first person I spoke to the manager and the person who completed my rental.
