The staff at Extra Space is amazing but corporate is something to be less desired. For months we endured heavy construction traffic which prohibited us from coming and going with any ease at all, bad roads, and a ton of dust. The site was building more storage spaces. We were communicated to prior to all their construction so we accepted the circumstances. We then out of the blue while putting up with all these inconveniences, corporate notified us of a 20% price increase. What a horrible way to reward your customers that has put up with all these inconveniences while we paid on time every month. Needless to say we had enough and moved out. Kudos to the staff for working with us and understanding our situation but enough was enough. Be aware of corporate greed here with zero understanding of what they have their customers going through.

Justin was great showing me exactly what I wanted and helped Me with the best Fit storage and prices I would recommend going to ExtraSpace storage. I have been renting another storage for almost 2 years. i’m downsizing to another storage Unit here at the Extra Space Storage this place is great
