Like the facility, very good customer service. The assistant manager at the facility was really helpful. Explained everything and made it clear. The facility is clean and access hours are great and convenient. I recommend this facility to everyone in Long Beach.

The two gentlemen working at this facility are great. Their customer service is phenomenal. Every time I go to the facility I see them working on the property and improving the place. Everytime I tried to reach this facility by phone they never answer their phones...if you leave messages they never returned your calls. I don't understand why they have such service if they don't use it. I had properties stolen from this storage and I called law enforcements and they believe it was an inside job. Can't wait to remove my belongings out of this storage. It's sad that you paid so much money but they don't give a ***** about their customers.

On Friday 2/22/13, I rented my storage at the Long Beach- W Wardlow Rd. I was greeted and waited on by Carolyn, the Customer Service Rep. She was very courteous and knew her job well. She waited on everyone at the office in a timely matter. I was very satisified.

At first i didn't know how storage worked. But I did know that I was in need of storage space. The customer service I received when I walked in the door was far beyond my standards. I rented a 10x20 unit with drive up access & a 5x5 unit upstairs for my son. Great facility!Great people!

Directions from the North:
Take 405 South. Exit at Alameda and make a left. You will be on W Wardlow Rd. Continue on Wardlow for 1 mile. Continue past Extra Space on the left side of the street. Continue to Seabright Ave/405 FWY Entrance and make a Uturn. Extra Space will be on the right.

Directions from the South:
Take 405 North. Take the Santa Fe exit and make a left. Turn left on Santa Fe Ave and go under the freeway (a Chevron will be across the street). Turn right on W Wardlow Rd. Extra Space will be 1/2 mile down on the right.

Directions from the East:
Head West down Sante Fe Ave. Go under the 405 Freeway (a Chevron will be across the street). Turn right on W Wardlow Rd. Extra Space will be a 1/2 mile down on the right.

Directions from the West:
Head East on Sante Fe Ave. Contine past Fantastic Burgers and turn left on W Wardlow Rd next to the Chevron. Extra Space will be a 1/2 mile down on the right.
