Great staff and very well run. I only wish that they had not reduced the gate hours. It was much better when the gates open from 7:00am until 7:00pm. Extra Space bought the Hollywood Bowl Self Storage facility, and took it over and changed the gate hours. So now its only open from 9:30am-5:45pm Monday through Friday, with even more reduced hours on Saturday and Sunday. Bummer

I have to change/lower my review because unfortunately your guys's storage access hours are the worst of any place I've ever had a storage unit. I mean I I don't even know what to say. it's pretty bad. Not even a 20min grace period. I'm unable to go before work or after work. I would literally have to take a day off from work to access my storage unit. The absolute only reason I'm still giving 3 stars is because the customer service. It is still extreamly good. Sergio is the employee who has been the one I've had the most interactions with since the change in ownership. He is very proffesional, has been great at proactively problem solving and gone above and beyond his, I'm sure "only required to" responsibilities. All the while keeping professional and genuine at the same time. Small acts of this nature will likely be he foundation to a GREAT Business owner himself! Pay him good- keep him as long as u can before he moves on to bigger and better! Our storage unit continues to feel safe and i feel safe when checking on the unit bymyself once a month. Unfortunately my fiance and I will be terminating our unit prior to may 1st. The access to the unit is just to hard to access my ourstorage unit. Incredibly disappointing.
