Steve was extremely helpful, pleasant, and patient not just with me on a busy day (not to mention a stressful day) but he was cool as a cucumber and so nice to everyone else in the long line at this location. After a particularly foul experience with the Venice location, I almost gave up on Extra Space Storage. Very pleasantly surprised at this location.
