Moving was a quick and easy process. From the moment I called and walked in the door I was treated with respect and consideration worthy of 5 stars. I had talked to Tony about my storage requirements and reserving in advance and was able to go over the finer details in a timely manner. Great customer service great representatives over the phone who accommodate you with whatever you need have options to lay over the phone or online or wrap things up in person after making a reservation.

The assistant store manager Kim is absolutely amazing. She assured all of the storage needs were met. She helped me to find what I needed and broke down everything for me and made the process go smoothly. People like her make me as a customer feel appreciated and not stupid. She cares for the renters which is extremely awesome. I hope she gets the credit she deserves.
