Great units, excellent customer service!

The sign-up process for temporary storage here was very easy and actually quite pleasant. When I arrived at the facility, it was very clean and well managed, and the space I'd rented was spic and span. As a bonus, I loved the uniform look of the green, roll-up doors on all the exterior units and the welcoming wrought iron gates. I feel secure knowing that each unit has a separate security system of its own that turns off and on only when my unique code is input as I enter and leave the facility. I could not be more pleased.

Extra space storage made everything so easy. I was able to set up the storage online and it was ready and waiting for me. Jennifer was a great help and pleasure to speak and work with. Highly recommend this facility!

Our experience was wonderful! Jennifer made the process so quick and easy. She explained everything perfectly! The storage spaces are very clean and the security is great. The doors are also very easy to open! We would definitely recommend our friends and family to rent out at this specific place and hopefully get Jennifer to take care of them because she is such a wonderful person and she’s great at her job!

Bridgett at the Napa location was an amazing help. I can attest from my own in person experience and saw that she strives to make a positive experience for every customer, walking in, calling, etc. She was punctual in her follow up, happy to get my papers done via phone so it was time efficient for me, got me the best rate and reserved the spot for me for a few days til the new month rolled over, and was so happy to work with me in my unique situation. She even put out carts near my storage location at the end of day for me to be able to have a strong start in the morning when I arrive and I SO appreciate her for that! It’s so refreshing to work with someone who has your better interest at heart but still carries herself in a very professional manner as well as goes above and beyond. Thanks Bridgett !!!!

Had to make my first post about this place. Did you know you could store your wine here? Neither did I! I spoke w/Jennifer a few days ago, who was extremely friendly btw, and she told me about the temp and humidity controlled rooms I could store my wine in. I was worried about what I was going to do w/my wine, having to downsize my home due to Covid, which is why I went in to begin with. Thank you to Jennifer for helping save my wine collection. You’re awesome!!!
