This is by far the best facility I have rented out. Not only is the customer service fast and efficient the manager is very pleasant and accommodating to all of our questions. Clean facility well lighted easy location and great rates. Highly recommend it. A+

Pros: -Tish (Newbury Park location) was friendly and available. -Access was easy. -Lighting was sufficient although I'd like a little more. -Cameras help you to feel safe. Cons: -Rates went up significantly and quickly! -Parking is VERY limited! -Available carts can be hard to find on a weekend. -Gets pretty warm in there ALL summer! Especially 2nd floor. Could use more roof insulation and ventilation. - Did I mention that rates went up quickly and parking is LIMITED?!

I moved into this location after moving down from Oxnard. Chad was very nice and was able to take care of all of my questions. Got me set up very quickly and easily. I would highly recommend anyone use Extra Space Storage, and especially this location.

I rented with Extra Space Storage in Newbury Park, CA for over a year. The entire time, their operation was very clear and trustworthy with pricing and terms and were proactive about calling me, personally, if there was any issue or concern. Never any games, gimmicks or bizarre contracts. Only fair and clear pricing. Their Manager, Tish Allen, provides some of the best, most caring, customer service I've experienced in any business. She really should get a raise for taking care of customers so well! I 100% would rent here again, without hesitation.

This place is the best Chad and Tish are great. Tish went above and beyond in assisting us and getting the perfect unit. We have rent in storage units before through other companies in this place is by far the most outstanding facility. Customer service is outstanding. Rate are great!!!

Tish is one of the best if not the best employee I've had the pleasure of coming in contact with, I've rented on 2 separate occasions and by far this blows your location out of the water. Very courteous and helpful!!

I'm so glad that a good friend of mine recommended this particular Extra Space Storage to me! Shes been storing here for a while and has been 100% satisfied. So after not having the greatest experience with the Ox. location over the phone, I decided to call the Newbury Park site she had told me about and all I got to say is I am so glad I did! Not only was Patty, the Manager, polite, friendly and professional, she had my business the first 5 minutes into our convo! 100% satisfied! Thanx Patty! You rock! I will recommend this site to anyone who needs storage. Also, the location makes me feel like my belongings are safe and the site is always nice and clean too! Yay!

Take US-101 South and exit Wendy Dr. As you exit Wendy Dr. it will lead you onto Academy Dr. Keep straight onto Academy Dr. towards Chipotle. Just as you pass Wendy Dr. immediately turn left onto Grande Vista Dr. Continue for about 0.3 miles and we will be located on the right side. If you pass the Post Office, you have gone too far.

Directions from the South:
Take US-101 North and exit Wendy Dr. As you exit Wendy Dr. it will lead you onto Academy Dr. Keep straight onto Academy Dr. towards Chipotle.
