I used the storage out there for about 8+ years I never had any problem getting in or out of the facility. Elevator is always working unlike other facilities I used before. Ample carts available. No infestations, it is a safe place even in the evening, and it is always a clean facility! Amazing staff that readily helps you on phone or on site. Thank you!

When we moved into town we were trying to get a storage unit at another place and that was a horrible experience. We happened to pass this storage unit on the freeway and it was tucked away never would have known so we drove over here after the last place and got a storage unit in our name within minutes. Alberto is always so kind and helpful every time we work with him. Their app is super easy to use and I can do everything I need on it even open the gates! Best storage unit in Norco hands down
