Edit changing it to 1 star they raised the price no notification at all. It over drafted my account because I thought it was still set at the original amount. I over paid for 3 or 4 months before I noticed. Before this billing period I talked to 2 people 1 was a worker and 1 was a manager and they said they would lower my payment. Nothing happened, still charged for the amount I didn't agree to. I know the workers there are nice but they as a company are slowly becoming profits before people. I'd look elsewhere as I am now. Im editing my review again. I just got another notice of another rate raise in my mail for the first time before I was charged. I tried calling the # they replied with in their response straight to voice mail. For a 30ft space they are now trying to charge 350 a month. They have a computer generated system that automatically does it. It sucks having to put up with it while property prices are plunging. This corporation is profits over people. We are talking about $4,200 a year to store a 30 ft vehicle these guys are losing their mark. No services even provided. They used to have a car wash but I guess it cuts into their margins. Another edit. For a bit cheaper you can keep it in mission bay. They have a washdown a boat launch and a forklift service. What justifies these prices extra space?

Renting a storage unit at the North River location was an excellent experience! The units were clean, Erika the manager is so friendly! I did not have any issues while renting here and would definitely come back if needed!

We have two trailers stored here and this place is exceptional! The parking area is nice and flat and easy access in and out. They also have a dump station that makes it super convenient! Working with Erica has been awesome! She has such a fun personality and is extremely helpful! We are very happy we found this place :)
