I am upset with Extra Space Storage Center now because I found a $84.00 more higher charge on my monthly storage space bill for August 1, 2024 without notifying me by email. My monthly charge used to be $210.00 but this increase is ridiculous and overwhelming. I will try to get my things out of this storage space center soon.

The customer service is amazing! I had an Extra Space storage unit on N River for 2 months back in 2022 when I first moved to Oceanside and needed to get situated into my new place. Because of the great experience last time, I used them again June 2024 while I prepare to move upstate in Sept. Ericka and Dee have helped me before and were in office today to help me finalize my move out day. So glad I went in. The process was quick and went smoothly. They answered all my questions and were so fun to chat with. I recommend this facility based on their incredible service and because I know the site is so clean because of them

I had a great experience leasing a unit at the storage on N. River Rd, Dee and Ericka were very friendly and helpful. I was able to get everything taken care of really quickly and it was a lot easier than on the website. Ericka gave me a tour of the property and showed me my new spot. Happy with everything so far and it was a much better experience than the extra space storage on Melrose in Vista.
