I’ve been a customer at extra space storage for over a year. Anytime I’ve contacted customer service whether it was about a payment or just. Question and was in touch with Angie, at the Oceanside blvd location, I can honestly say that I ALWAYS receive exceptional service. Living out of state knowing that angie is there as someone customer service rep there that I can count on, really gives me peace of mind.

I had a very positive experience with the team at the 4567 Oceanside Blvd location today. The office people were fun to talk to. They even me let me vent about my roommate issues, lol. And walked me to my unit so it would be easier to find later. I've used Extra Space a couple times over the years, and I really like the relaxed sign up process. I think the location is fairly safe crime-wise, but I don't keep a lot of valuables in mine. I use ESS for moves and temp storage, but the drive up units can get pretty hot in the summer so use some common sense for sensitive items/documents.

I had the great experience of working with and talking to Mike today, definitely put a smile on our face. Helped me and my spouse go through insurance policy and showed us the unit we were interested in. All in all a great experience and happy to be part of the storage renting community.

My sister and I came in the office less than 5-10 minutes before they close. My sister and I have conflicting schedules so we tried to rush and make it at the office. I was not comfortable deciding which storage space to rent based on what I saw online, I had to see it in person. Mike and Rodney stayed over their time to accommodate us. Mike showed us a couple of units. Take note the units are far from each other. The second unit was a better fit, so we rented that one. We appreciated the time they had given us. I'm glad we have chosen this location because they have a great customer service.
