I have been using storage facilities for 40 years and l thought I saw it all. However, when I got a storage unit at Extra Storage on Joni Street in Palm Desert I was amazed at the pristine property and Austin the Manager. I was so impressed by Austin he is professional, smiling every time I see him. After experiencing the cleanliness of the property even the bathrooms and Austin’s amazing management skills I decided to get a larger unit. I love going to storage especially since it’s so pleasant to go to THANKS TO AUSTIN

Great communication and follow-up - Extra Space Palm Desert! When things go well, we assume the service is good - but when there are challenges, that is the real test. Recently there was a situation outside of Extra Space' control causing potential closure of the facility. We received an email communication about this, along with a phone number to contact. We called and manager answered. The manager listened to us and our concerns, saying he would follow up. A little while later, we received a phone call from the manager indicating that the facility would remain open. We were very pleased and even surprised at the personal, follow-up communication. Great job!
