I moved my things from out of state into this facility. A friend of mine had recommended them. Brianna is great! I’ve had some issues from time to time and she’s been helpful. This facility is clean and has security cameras. I recommend them for storage needs. Thank you Brianna!

Wife and I are travel nurses. We needed a storage for several months and I landed this gem. Wonderful staff, property and best prices in this part of the state!! Wish I could give more stars!

They have great customer service, they are both patient and professional. I worked with Brandee and she did an awesome job of explaining the different unit size options. I am glad to be storing my personals with Extra Space Storage and I feel at ease with the insurance that I purchased with my unit.

This is the best storage place I ever been at and felt with supper friendly especially Briana & brandee I would definitely recommend this place to hold your property. Super clean and you really feel safe with your belongings here. Forget those other guys and utilize EXTRA SPACE STORAGE ??

Needing a storage unit, rather last minute, and came across Extra Space Storage. Searched all locations and this one, 7345 Roseville RD, had my size storage unit I was looking for! Besides that, they went out of their way to work with me on my initial payment. Outside of this, setting everything up was way more simple then I expected!! Extremely friendly staff and excellent customer service! Thank you, Brandee, for your hard work and dedication to actually liking and being good at your job!!!!! Five stars for sure!

I absolutely love all the ladies that work there!!! Bri, Andrea (sorry if I spelt it wrong) or maybe Stephanie, and Shawnte!!!! ( I’m bad at names ) From signing up, to working with me when I had an issue (no fault of theirs), to even helping me save some money! They are all super friendly and helpful and made every interaction very pleasant along with going ABOVE AND BEYOND! I’ve been in customer service for over 12 years and this is what amazing customer service looks like! Their whole team is amazing! 10/10
