The customer service was great! Cassie was very kind and she spoke with me with so much patience! I couldn’t get a Unit that day, but she made sure to call me as soon as a Unit opened up, she followed up promptly and she even made sure to meet my need directly by giving me the best option that met my needs entirely! Thank you extra space storage for being a great company with true customer service!! ????

Jon was super nice, and friendly. When I arrived at my storage unit he made sure that my locks worked and everything checked out and I was satisfied with my unit I rented out. Great service from him. (:

This is my first time having a storage. And let me just say... Great service!! Cassie helped us very quickly. She was very helpful and nice. Definitely appreciate her and this company. I would definitely recommend. I’m very happy with this service.

Very nice easy to get to location the storage unit very clean. lLghts for the nighttime and open late so that I don't have to rush from work I will still have time to be able to check my storage and feel safe
