I spoke to Johnny several times. He’s professional, friendly, helpful and often answer any questions I have in a timely manner. The only thing I didn’t like is the elevator goes up to the 2nd floor. It’s old and takes more than a min to get the door closed. Sometimes, I was wondering if it’s working after I stood there and waited for a while for the door to close.
