Been using one of their units for 2 years. The place is ALWAYS clean. No break ins or crime that I've seen or heard of. Best place for storage locally.

Love that I dont get harassed by management like at public storage on marina I have back issues and was trying to purge my storage got harassed so much I left and came to extra space where the hours are better no one bugging me while I get my things in order other customers are friendly and courteous the best experience in years. This place is very clean & organized. Jameson was very helpful in renting a unit for us at a great price! Overall very happy with how quickly the initial setup went. I recommend this to anyone who needs something quick but also nice!

Had a great experience with Jamison at the Washington street facility in San Leandro. Set up my storage quick and easy and then even got me the info I needed to have my movers drop off everything without me even having to be there!

Jamison is great. He thoroughly explains everything and he made me feel very secure about renting here from the get go. The location is easily accessible from the road and the complex is well cared for; clean and bright. I searched many storage facilities in the area and knew this one was it when I pulled up.
