My monthly rent doubled within two months after I moved in. I called to give a 30 day notice. I spoke with the manager, Ron, who was very kind and renegotiated the rent, and also gave me credit for the difference that I paid for this month. I then asked if I could have peace of mind with the new rent, and he said it should last for at least 9 months. Excellent customer service!!! ??

I had to move my storage to a bigger unit today and Ron was so helpful in letting me take the day to move all of my things over. He showed me a bunch of different units to pick from and even came back to see if I was satisfied with the space after I was moving some things in. Great experience.
