Jordan is amazing! When the door to my storage unit wouldn’t open and he went out of his way to crawl on the floor to help me get it open. He really went above and beyond!? Customer service is rare these days and I would say this place is definitely on point..

Well first off the bat, i could not believe how easy your web site was to order a unit on line. It was simple. And it gets better. I drive up to the storage place, and you have a real good guy at the counter. Very professional. I hade a small problem with my entry code. He told me how to enter the code in proper. It worked. I grant you 5 stars for the wonderful custormer service.

Facility was clean easy to access and very secure , staff provided excellent friendly and helpfull service I appreciated the online pricing as well as easy to get to . Only problem I had was the location. Has horrible if any cell service on tmobile so if you are on tmobile good luck getting a signal otherwise NO PROBLEMS .

They were really helpful. My brother got his lock damage by someone attempting to break in. I say attempt because they failed, their locks are heavy duty. Staff was very responsive on weekends.

This storage facility is amazingly clean. It was a breath of fresh air when I moved my stuff here from my old storage unit at Public Storage that was disgustingly dirty. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The only issue I had was that there were never any rolling carts available. I was told some people keep them in their units to ensure they always have one. What an inconvenience for everyone else. Other than that, I had a great experience here.
