Andrea was so kind and quickly found me a storage unit. She was extremely understanding of my situation. The property is clean and secure. I feel safe storing my belongings there. I would recommend extra space storage and I will use them again if needed. Thank you Andrea for your help!

The staff is very nice. However, this is a classic bait and switch. After 3 months my price went from $92 to $154. I went into the location and was told they could get it down to $100 but then the next bill came at the $154 rate. I called and was told that this is how all storage facilities run. They offered to get it to $117 now, unsure if it will actually go down this time, waiting for my next bill.
