The crew is easy to work with and setting everything up is also a breeze! Would highly recommend to anyone who needs a storage unit quickly!

Shawn the manager @ Extra Space (Dutton Meadow) has been very helpful. The first time I went there, I dropped in last minute but was in a rush to leave for an appointment so I had only a few mins. He showed me the units quickly and was helpful in letting me shoot a few photos of him in the unit so I had a better idea of how big it was. The next time I went in, it was on his day off so woman helped me. She didn’t know my situation of what I told Shawn so there was some mix up. I left annoyed but it wasn’t her fault. When Shawn got back in the office, he was very helpful and helped set me up to get a unit over the phone so I didn’t have to make another trip in and was able to get me a unit & price I wanted that just became available! So far, he’s been great so I definitely recommend if you need a unit and speak with him!

Extra space has been amazing I live 3 states away I never have issues with billing or service they are so kind and helpful. I appreciate being able to store my things thee 5 years later no issues ever. Thank you so much happy holidays.

Best place now that the new owners cleaned and sprused it up. Shawn is very helpful so is the rest of the staff.I feel that my belongings are safe and the place is well maintained.

I really like having a storage here. The staff here are very understanding and friendly and they use work with u if u just communicate with them... I also give a 10/10 on the cleanliness.

Robbie helped me alot today he showed different storage units today until we found the one I liked the most, Robbie works really efficiently and got the paperwork done fast would highly recommend this place to anyone I know

Today I dealt with Magda. She was great. Very nice. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the push latch needs to be replaced. It’s really hard to open. But other then that everything was fine.

The process of reserving the size we needed was so easy that even this old lady could do it online. Haha. We were able to go there and find our storage space available with locks inside. Even got a very nice welcome call from Magda (spelling?) The next day. Made us feel very secure.

Units look a bit shabby, but that was rhe previous owners lack of maintenance. Over all staff was nice and helpful.

Okay I've been a customer here for years. And it's gone thru some ups and downs. The former management(before it was extra space) were good friends of mine. Still are. But the condition this facility had fallen into was awful, and even dangerous at times. Since it was bought by extra space, more specifically since Shawn became the manager, the facility had improved in leaps and bounds. He was the best choice they could have made in my opinion. He has no attatch to anyone locally, so none had any way to hold any personal issue over him. He is professional, courteous, kind, takes no guff, and is always fair, even concerned for his clientelle . He has gone out of his way to inform me of possible attempts to compromise my security (belongings) and also kept me in check when it was called for(lol). I'm so glad I have kept my unit there. The security cams are now functional and very clear. The facility is cleaner now than ever. The riff raff seems to have disapated and I hardly ever see anyone hunkered down for long when I am there. Kudos to the new team! You knocked out outta the park!

I started renting a small storage space a couple of weeks ago. So far I am very impressed with the quality of the service I have received. When my access code was not properly programmed into the system (a day after I rented online) the attendant on duty was courteous and offered a quick resolution. I had a few questions that she did not immediately know the answer, but the next business day the manager called me directly to answer my questions. The storage unit was clean and as described. I am very pleased with this business.

Super easy. Did everything online, showed up, lock was in the unit and done. Couldn’t have been better.
