I don't typically take the time to write reviews, but I felt that Dan and Kevin definitely deserved some kudos for their excellent customer service. It all started by just needing a box that I couldn't find locally. Kevin assisted me and he was so professional and pleasant. Therefore, when it came time that I needed a storage unit, I called him. He initially made my reservation, explained everything in detail, and was just as pleasant and courteous as my first encounter with him. The manager, Dan ended up getting me all set up with my unit and he was just as awesome! Beyond the customer service aspect, the facility is so clean and secure. I truly appreciate knowing that my belongings are safe and secure. I would recommend this Extraspace location to anyone needing storage locally. Their prices are also very competitive for the area.
