This Extra Space Storage is just so incredibly much better than the storage place we were at before. Things aren't broken, the place is clean, and the climate control is a good temperature. It's so convenient, next to Caltrain. We just got a 2nd unit and Debora really went the extra mile explaining everything and getting us set up. Strongly recommend. I’m prompted to update this because we just got a second unit & Jimmy was very helpful. They do definitely raise prices a lot after you move in though.

Wonderful staff (thanks Jimmi for your help) - super friendly and helpful! Storage units are clean - as are the carts and aisles. My car was in great shape after a few months! Overall great experience! Will definately use them again!!!

Look, it's a decent rental place, and every time I talked to people actually working on site they were friendly. They even have apps and bluetooth locks that are pretty hassle free for accessing your stuff. However, you must understand their business model: Their advertised prices are introductory prices only. They wait a few months and jack up the price, then wait a while longer and keep increasing them until you reach your breaking point. The contract says they will given written notice of rent increases but I never got that, I just saw my auto-pay jump up by $50 every 4-10 months. Don't trust the advertised pricing, those prices are good for a few months only. I rented for 2.5 years, starting rent: $200, ending rent $345
