So pleasantly pleased with the customer service I received at 2 Extra Space Storage locations. Have not have the need for a storage unit for quite some time, I shopped around and was sadly disappointed after going to 5 other Big Named locations. Offices at their locations were all locked up, even during their office hours. I headed to Extra Space Storage on Warner Ave in HB. He was able to find the size I needed at the Westminster location. Shawn explained all the info, showed me around and the space for sizing. He could not have made me more comfortable in renting the Unit through him. Pricing was comparable to the other companies that I saw online but the great Customer Service I experienced at ESS sold me. I'm a very happy customer. Thank you for hiring employees who care about the customers.
