The team at Extra Space Storage in Wildomar truly embodies exceptional service. I visited their facility while searching for a 10x20 storage unit to rent for a few months before relocating to another state. From the moment I walked in, Sarah made the process seamless. She greeted me warmly, answered all my questions about the facility and the company, and explained the differences between their storage options. After a tour of the facility, I chose a first-floor, climate-controlled unit that turned out to be perfect for my needs. What really impressed me, though, was their outstanding service after I moved out. Despite thoroughly checking my unit, I somehow left a cardboard tube of posters tucked behind one of the pillars. After completing our move, I realized the posters were missing. When I called the facility, Sarah informed me that a staff member had found the tube and safely stored it in the office. I was overjoyed! I returned the following week to retrieve it, thanks to their attention to detail and care. I'm incredibly grateful for the professionalism and dedication of the staff at Extra Space Storage. A special shoutout to Sarah for going above and beyond—your efforts truly made a difference! I highly recommend Extra Space Storage for anyone’s storage needs.

Ashlie was absolutely amazing very thorough very professional helpful kind understanding of my situation gave me all my options and Jared was also awesome they also offer one year up to 2-year prepayment rate locks completely awesome no other storage offers that I know of definitely go rent at Clinton Keith extra space storage
